Levels of Membership
Full membership
Membership is open by application to the national center to those who have demonstrated work of substantial literary value. Full members enjoy all the benefits of membership in PEN USA and the local chapter, PEN Texas.
Associate membership
Associate memberships in PEN Texas are available to anyone committed to the work of literature and human rights. Associate members are connected to the PEN Texas network of authors and publishers; they have access to the members area of PENTexas.org; they receive updates on PEN Texas meetings and special events; and they know they are supporting the organization’s work for the freedom to write. Annual dues for associate members are $25.
